Mr Lam Tong Loy

Managing Director

A UK graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mr Lam Tong Loy left his job at the peak of his career as a Divisional Manager at Philips Singapore – an MNC manufacturer whose name is synonymous with high quality electronics equipment – as he was led by his passion to start his own business. His motivation to set up EAS was inspired by the Singapore government’s vision to develop a city-state of excellence with its own ‘national enterprise’ in an innovative technology service industry.

Mr Ti Lian Soon

General Manager (Engineering)

Mr Ti Lian Soon has been in the audio-visual, sound and stage-lighting industry for over 23 years. During that time, he was involved with project management, systems design and installation. Working with local and foreign consultants on mega projects such as the Suntec City Convention and Exhibition Centre, The Esplanade and Supreme Court Singapore, has gained him substantial experience in system integration and project management. In his present role, he oversees the operations in engineering and seeks to continually improve operation efficiencies, and achieve high standards of project management, service support and customer satisfaction.

Mr Eugene Chan

Executive Director

A Master of Commerce in Marketing degree holder, Mr Eugene Chan is Mr Lam’s former colleague from Philips. After forming EAS in 1983 with Mr Lam, Eugene started managing the market development in the fields of Professional Audio and Corporate Multimedia Systems as the Marketing Manager. In 1992, he became EAS’s Executive Director. His tasks include strategic business planning, diversification management and the building of strategic alliances with key industry players. Working in synergy with Mr Lam, Mr Chan focuses on passion for technology while Mr Lam concentrates on keen business leadership.

Mr Daniel Wong

General Manager (Commercial)

Mr Daniel Wong has both engineering and marketing qualifications and working experience. He started his audio-visual and broadcast career with Philips Singapore. Since joining EAS, Mr Wong has been involved in several major technology projects. They include the first digital post production suite in Singapore, the first robotic studio system in Southeast Asia, the first DECT talk-back system in Asia as well as various prestigious projects like The Esplanade, Universal Studios and Resorts World Sentosa.
